Weekly Yoga Class

 
Community Yoga with Jodi – Mondays at Picabeen
9:30am – 10:45am | By donation (min. $5) | All welcome
Come join me, Jodi – a newly qualified yoga teacher and local – for a gentle, inclusive 75-minute class designed to support your body, mind and breath.
Whether you’re brand new to yoga or have been practising for years, these small group sessions will focus on:
🧘‍♀️ Breath awareness & mindful movement
🌿 Relaxation & stress relief
💪 Flexibility, mobility & strength
🛏️ Deep rest in Savasana
When: Mondays at 9:30am starting Monday 28 April 2025
Where: Picabeen Community Centre, Mitchelton
Cash preferred on the day – bank transfer available if needed.
Everyone is welcome – no matter your age, flexibility or experience level. The space is calm and non-judgmental, with classes capped at 6–8 people for personal support.
